Petris secures contract with Statoil

Petris Technology, a leading supplier of data management and geosciences applications to the global oil and gas industry, reported that Statoil has selected Petris borehole data management technology as part of automated workflows and integrate petrophysical data across various applications.
The technology employed by Statoil leverages PetrisWINDS Recall to provide an automated data quality verification and data publishing workflow and PetrisWINDS Enterprise to integrate data from several internal and third-party petrophysical applications within already existing corporate workflows at Statoil. The solution allows for a managed and quality ensured flow of data from the rig and throughout the organization while still under the complete control of the data owner.
PetrisWINDS Recall is a leading data management solution for handling, storing and processing well bore data. PetrisWINDS Enterprise is a data integration and interoperability application for E&P companies.
