Our client, a world leader in power generation products and allied services, is seeking an experienced and highly-reliable individual as a Contract Performance Manager who is required to manage all aspects of contractual service agreements (CSA's) including commercial, financial, customer service & technical support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the regional leadership in coordinating all departments to provide highest level of service to the customer;
- Strengthening relationship with customer personnel, including management, operations & maintenance;
- Driving fulfilment throughout the contract and focus on delivering;
- Developing and maintaining site records to support optimum site operation and meet all business objectives;
- Planning and executing outage work programmes;
- Working with all intercompany departments to minimise overall company’s costs throughout the terms of the agreements;
- Using lean sigma quality programme to maximise productivity and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have mechanical/electrical engineering degree or equivalent educational and technical experience. You will have a minimum of 5 years power generation related experience.
Exceptional communication, organisational and project management skills. Proficient in written/spoken English is essential. Proficient in Arabic is preferable.
