SeaRose FPSO completes turnaround
Posted: 6 February 2008
Husky Energy has completed its planned 2008 maintenance turnaround for the White Rose oil field production vessel, the SeaRose FPSO.
The 13-day turnaround, which was originally scheduled for August, was completed on February 4 as per the maintenance schedule and without any lost time incidents.
All work scopes, including clean-out of the low pressure separator, were successfully executed. The White Rose oil field is currently producing at a rate of approximately 130,000 barrels per day.
Husky Energy is the operator of the White Rose oil field, and holds a 72.5 per cent working interest in the project. Petro-Canada holds the remaining 27.5 per cent.
