Clough appoints new director

Clough Limited announced the appointment of Mr Richard Michael Harding as a Non-Executive Director, commencing on 30 May 2006.
Mr Harding, aged 56, is a former President and General Manager of BP Developments Australia Limited and a former Vice-Chairman and Council member of the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association.
He currently sits on three other boards, where he is Chairman of the Ministry of Defence Project Governance Board – Land Systems Division (Army), a Non-Executive Director of Arc Energy Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Santos Limited.
“I am pleased that Mike is joining the Clough Limited Board. He brings a great depth of Oil & Gas industry experience that will undoubtedly be of value as we implement our business strategy,” Jock Clough , Chairman of Clough Limited, said.
