New Veripos appointment

Veripos has appointed Raymond Wong as Regional Business Development Manager responsible for sales and marketing of its Differential GPS services for offshore users throughout Asia-Pacific regions extending from Russia, China and Japan to Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia.
Based at Veripos’ regional headquarters in Singapore, he joins the Company from Astrata (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd for whom he held a similar position marketing DGPS/RTK systems and associated post-processing software as well as project management of a major land survey service contract on behalf of Brunei Shell Petroleum. His earlier professional career of 22 years included senior posts with Racal Survey, Thales GeoSolutions and Fugro Survey.
A qualified hydrographic surveyor with extensive field experience throughout South East Asia for the submarine cable, oil and gas industries, he is a member of the US Society of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers.
